This is an archival project. The files are from the "Basic Japanese for You" and "Brush Up Your Japanese" audio series presented by NHK. On the NHK website these files are only available as streaming Real media content and are not downloadable. I have decided to make these files available to you in mp3 format to allow you to take them with you to work, on walks, and what-have-you.

I have limited storage space on my local host and am currently looking for a partners to help host all of my files. If you are interested, please contact me.

Please continue to send email to NHK to tell them what a wonderful job they are doing with this series. You can also contact me just to say what a wonderful job I am doing.

I hope in the future to be able to afford some ad-free hosting and my own domain name. Donate a buck or two?

Other News

With my collection of the two audio series that this site features, my work here at mp3japan has become null, so I am now looking for new avenues to pursue to keep up moving forward. I am beginning work on a series of worksheets to go along with the Pimsleur Unit One audio series. See an preview . If you dig around on a torrent site, like torrentspy, you will easily be able to find a copy of this series. Also, I am planning on doing a compressed "review" version of each episode in that series but due to legalities, I may not be able to make it available on this site.
