Description: The building committee is responsible for the actual construction of our homes. The committee works with our family partners to develop their homes. Decisions range from styles and floor plans of houses to what type of door knobs we might use. The committee also over sees obtaining bids from vendors for projects such as plumbing and heating as well as bids for the lumber yards used in our construction. There is no experience necessary, although some building knowledge could come in handy.
