Since many of the East Side Pharaohs most ardent fans are of a philosophical bent, this may be a good time to warn the unwary that most of the Pharaohs subscribe to the theory posed by J.M.E. McTaggart which stated that all events exist at all times. McTaggart offered a proof of his theory which was, is and will continue to be well-received. The reader should beware of contests concerning former Pharaohs, those claiming to be former Pharaohs or their progeny, agents and servants. There are those who claim that there is, indeed, one way to become an ex-Pharaoh, but the claimants apparently lack conviction regarding their hypothesis, for none of them have attempted to become ex-Pharaohs (what Pharaoh would not jump at such a chance!).
