The time that I spent in the Navy provided me much experience in a variety of situations. I had positions of varying responsibilites onboard ship, on a squadron staff, and as a naval instructor. The responsibilities placed on most similar aged persons outside of the military likely could not be comparable. I value the years that I spent in the military.
