Here is a powerful insight of this letter collection being published as a gift of love from Sarah. -
One of the messages given in the letters is that God calls each of us by name. Sarah means "Princess". What does a Princess do? A Princess can be a "couch potato" and live off the riches of her Father, the King ... or a Princess can use the riches of the King to help others. She can give those riches as gifts to the King's people.
The Court Jester receives the stories that he tells from God, his King. The stories are part of his (His) gifts received (given). In the Fairy Tale (the last letter of A Gift of Love ), the Court Jester tells his stories to the Princess to make her happy. He tells her of the King who is sad because His baby Princess was stolen from Him by the Evil Dragon.
The Princess wants to make King happy because the stories (gifts) that she received from the Court Jester made her happy. The stories actually originated from God the King and so they are really riches from her Father, the King.
When Sarah, my niece, consented to allow the letters to be published as a book by me, her uncle, she was, in effect, giving the letters (stories from God) as God's riches to His people. She was acting as a Princess would; i.e., "or a Princess can use the riches of the King to help others. She can give those riches as gifts to the King's people."
At the time that the book idea was presented to Sarah by me, neither Sarah nor I were aware of the Fairy Tale, a Princess's calling, nor the spiritual significance of any of these insights.
