CADA'S  Philosophy  Statement

Abuse encompasses emotional, physical, sexual, economic, political, and other    aspects  of  life.  Abuse  includes  ableism,  ageism,  clasism, heterosexism, racism, sexism, and crosses all cultures and classes.  Abuse is a learned behavior whereby the abusers gain power and control over their victims.

CADA is committed to bringing women's strengths together to claim power and control over their own lives; protecting victims of domestic  abuse  and  their  children  from  further  violence; and
educating communities about the realities of violence in their homes.
