VOLUNTEER AND INTERNSHIP
OPPORTUNITIES
The opportunities are available in all offices. Volunteers and interns serve as women's and children's advocates, providing crisis intervention, supportive listening, presenting options, and supporting freedom of choice, as well as working to minimize the effects of violence and modeling non-violent discipline. Volunteers and interns also organize and participate in CADA awareness activities, provide fund raising, transportation, public speaking and maintenance services.
Direct services requires 40 hours training, non-direct services requires 20 hours training.
CADA is extremely grateful to all of our volunteers for their commitment to caring and sharing. Please contact the Volunteer/Community Service Coordinator at CADA for an application packet.
