Windows Email Configuration For Eudora 5.x

This online manual will guide you through adding your HickoryTech email address(es) to Eudora 5.x for Windows.

To Begin, Open Eudora. You may have an icon on your desktop, or it may be located on your START button.

  • Click the Tools menu at the top of the window
  • Select Options

  • Click the Getting Started Category
						

						
    
							
  • In the Real Name box, enter your name
						

						
    
							
  • In the Return Address box, enter your email address
						

						
    
							
  • In the Mail Server (incoming) box, enter: pop.hickorytech.net
						

						
    
							
  • In the Login Name box, enter your login name
						

						
    
							
  • In the SMTP Server (outgoing) box, enter: smtp.hickorytech.net

  • If necessary, remove the check next to Leave mail on server
